And then the stars began to flood the breach.
They spilled themselves into the universe.
The deathless shadow followed after,
And it was starving from the loneliness.

And then the waters separated,
And some were kept above the barricades,
Above the fury of the motion,
Behind the seventh from the far edge.

The ones below were claimed by animals
To be the blood around the islands,
To be the mobilis in mobili,
To change the numbers of the elements.

I left my love inside the submarine,
And overhead the sky was rolling,
And underneath the sea was frozen,
And in my heart there was a dying star,

And in the engine room - a demon.
She always tasted like a memory,
She always slept into the afternoon.
At least she wouldn't have to die alone.
